Pharrell was seen having lunch in Miami’s Design District with Craig Robin’s, a real estate visionary/developer. An informant claims that they were conversing about a possible community center complete with a studio and skate park among other things. As I recall Pharrell was working on a similar project in his hometown of Virginia. He was planning on building a computer center. I wonder how that project fared. Keep doing your thing Skateboard P!
